through our in-house shipping department. Your
EtomicSteel™ and VersaTube order will ship using a
major LTL carrier (less than truck load) directly to
your address. Call

This item requires delivery via LTL carrier due
to the size of the product, which means a truck
freight company will be delivering this item. To
provide a higher level of service the LTL carrier will
work with you directly to arrange for a time and
date of delivery. You may not receive tracking of
this order prior to delivery arrangements being

The LTL carrier drivers bring your purchase to
your delivery address for curbside delivery.
Drivers are expected to notify you of a delivery
time and day and your delivery service options, so
you can have the appropriate help available to get
purchases into your home if necessary. Drivers
are not responsible for bringing the product to a
specific location at your address, it is curbside only
and left up to you (the customer) to handle the product
from that point.
We expect our LTL carriers to be friendly,
timely, and safe. Our primary goal is to have your
purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in
excellent condition. The most important thing to
remember about truck freight is that you MUST
inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the
product has any damage, or if there is any reason
for you to be at all concerned about damage, please
write "PRODUCT DAMAGED"
clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This
simply insures that if there is any damage, it will
be easy to take care of the problem. In the
event the you do not mark the shipment as damaged, it
will eliminate your ability to file a shipping and/or
damage claim for your order that was accepted. The
LTL carrier assumes your product is in good condition
when you knowingly and willingly accept the shipment
without marking it as damaged. So it's important
to inspect the package good prior to signing the
delivery receipt for the truck driver!
Please keep in mind that you may need a couple of
people to help unload it.
